The 200bar hydro jetting machine is specially designed for cleaning and maintaining air preheaters. It can quickly restore the air preheater to its designed working condition and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

As an important part of the power station boiler, the air preheater absorbs a large amount of heat contained in the flue gas at the tail of the boiler, preheats the air supply to the boiler furnace, increases the furnace temperature, and ignites the fuel quickly and burns stably. According to calculations, when the air preheater is operating normally, the combustion air temperature can be increased by 10°C, the theoretical combustion temperature of the furnace can be increased by 3-4°C, the exhaust gas temperature can be reduced by 10°C, and the thermal efficiency of the boiler can be increased by 0.7%.

However, a large amount of coal ash contained in the boiler flue gas will accumulate in the heat storage element of the air preheater after long-term use, which is easy to block ash and scale, affecting the normal operation efficiency of the boiler system. The thermal resistance of ash accumulation is very large, which is dozens of times that of metal materials. If there is ash accumulation on the surface of the heat transfer element, the heat transfer efficiency of the air preheater will decrease, and in severe cases it will reach more than 40%, resulting in a large amount of useful energy waste. Moreover, the presence of ash accumulation increases the flue gas resistance and the exhaust gas temperature, which becomes a hidden danger to the safe operation of the boiler. The heat transfer element of the air preheater is compactly designed. Due to the deposition of ash, the flow area is greatly reduced. After a period of operation, the ash accumulation problem becomes more and more serious. When the blockage is serious, the power plant cannot operate normally. Therefore, it must be cleaned in time to improve production efficiency. At this time, choose the appropriate time to clean the air preheater with high-pressure water jets to restore the air preheater to its designed working condition and improve the thermal efficiency of the boiler.

Mechanism of high-pressure water jet cleaning technology High-pressure water jet uses a hydro jet to convert low-pressure, high-flow water into high-pressure, low-flow accumulated energy, which is transported through a high-pressure pipeline and released by a nozzle to generate an "energy beam". This "energy beam" has the characteristics of high flow rate and low flow. It can separate one or more materials from the surface of another material. When applied to an air preheater, it can produce the effect of peeling and breaking the scale layer from the steel pipe, making the inner pipe wall of the air preheater clean as new.
