Product Advantage of High Pressure Phosphorus Removal Water Jet Cleaning System :

There are four main methods for removing phosphorus from cold-rolled steel sheets and strips to remove surface oxide scale: pickling, mechanical, deformation and high-pressure water removal. The high-pressure water physics method is used to clean the oxide scale on the surface of the steel plate. There is no acid mist, no dust, and no pollution. Water is recycled, no waste water, and no waste gas emissions. The cleaned waste residue is recycled by the steel plant. High-pressure water phosphorus removal has the advantages of energy saving and environmental protection and is widely used.

The high-pressure water dephosphorization system is a key equipment system in hot-rolled steel mills. The stability of the system is directly related to the quality of hot-rolled steel. The introduction of high-pressure water dephosphorization system technology has improved the surface quality of steel billets and the appearance quality of finished products, while reducing the wear of rollers and bringing better economic benefits to enterprises.

Principle:

High-pressure water descaling is to use a high-pressure descaling pump to boost low water pressure, and then lead it to each descaling point (descaling box or header) through a high-pressure pipeline system. Then, the fan-shaped water flow ejected from the nozzles on the header of each descaling box hits the high-temperature billet. The high-pressure water first cools rapidly on the billet, and after the temperature difference between the iron oxide scale and the billet body is generated, the surface iron oxide scale cracks and mechanical descaling is performed. The impact force generated by the high-pressure water is then used to remove the iron scale on the surface of the billet, so that the surface quality of the billet reaches the initial effect, and then through subsequent processing, the quality requirements required by customers are finally achieved.
