2. Automatic cleaning of IBC tanks with high-pressure water: Principle of cleaning inside and outside barrels

It can solve the cleaning problems of the inside and outside of IBC barrels at the same time. The internal cleaning of the tank uses a lifting mechanism to send the three-dimensional self-driven cleaner into the barrel, and the machine is turned on to complete the automatic spherical scanning cleaning, realizing the three-dimensional close-range spraying inside the barrel. On the basis of ensuring the striking effect of high-pressure water jets, the striking area is increased, the cleaning efficiency is effectively improved, and the waste of water resources is reduced, so as to achieve the purpose of 360° all-round cleaning inside the chemical tank.

We installed a steam heater device on the tank cleaning mechanism. When cleaning inside the tank, the steam valve is automatically opened to heat the surrounding area of the tank mouth.
