The 500bar hydro jetting machine is very popular among customers for its powerful functions and favorable prices. Because it can be used as a pure water high-pressure cleaning machine, it can also be used as a water sandblasting machine to deal with some stubborn stains and remove paint and rust.
When using water sandblasting, this high-pressure cleaner only needs to lower the nozzle and replace it with a special nozzle for water sandblasting, and then equip it with a sand inlet pipe and a sand tank to perform water sandblasting cleaning operations.
Sand consumption: 0.3~0.4 cubic meters per hour
Sand quality requirements: dry sand, particle size 1-3mm
Electric motor drive and diesel engine drive are available.
The angle of the nozzle and the distance from the work surface can be varied to provide the optimum working speed while still maintaining maximum impact energy. For best performance, the sand inlet hose should not exceed 5 meters.
When the sand unit is operating efficiently, there is a smooth and continuous flow of sand from the nozzle. The sand flow rate is directly related to the vacuum created in the mixing nozzle. The strength of the vacuum depends on the liquid velocity of the water.
