Working principle

1.Pressure effect: Through the action of a high-pressure pump, the equipment can generate powerful water jets up to 100 to 280 MPa, which are directly sprayed onto the surface of concrete. When high-pressure water is sprayed onto the surface of concrete, over pressure is formed in the pores of the concrete. When this pressure exceeds the tensile limit of the concrete itself, the concrete will disintegrate and break.

2.Tension effect: High pressure water jet can generate tension inside concrete that exceeds the bending tensile strength of the material, causing cracks and gradual breakage of the concrete.

3.Non destructive principle of steel bars: Steel bars are homogeneous and solid materials, and water jets cannot penetrate their surfaces, so they will not be damaged during the process of crushing concrete.

Equipment composition

High pressure water pump: Provides power for water jets and generates high-pressure water flow, such as the GYB-6 model high-pressure water pump, diesel driven, with a maximum pressure of up to 2000 bar (29000 psi) and a flow rate of 105 lpm.
