On July 25, our Ukrainian customer ordered a 1000bar double-gun design hydro blasting machine from us, and we have sent the equipment to Ukraine on August 3.

This double-gun operation high-pressure cleaning machine is mainly composed of high-pressure pump, motor, control system, spray gun, high-pressure water pipe and other components. Its working principle is to pressurize water to tens to hundreds of MPa through a high-pressure pump, and then spray high-speed water through the spray gun, and use the impact force of the water jet to peel off the dirt, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

Operation process

1. Preparation: Make sure the equipment is in good condition, connect the power supply, water source and high-pressure water pipe.

2. Start the equipment: Press the start button, and turn on the spray gun switch after the equipment is running normally.

3. Cleaning operation: According to the cleaning object, adjust the spray gun angle and distance for two-way cleaning.

4. Stop the equipment: After cleaning, turn off the spray gun switch, and then press the stop button to turn off the power supply, water source and high-pressure water pipe.

Safety instructions
